This Privacy Policy explains how kpny, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“kpny inc.”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) handle personal data we collect, process, use, protect, and disclose when you use kpnyinc.com (“Site”) and any of our mobile application, application programming interfaces, customer support channels, retail locations, in-person promotional activities and other services we offered online or offline, together with any and all future online and offline offerings operated by or on behalf of kpny (“Services”). This Privacy Policy also explains your choices for managing your information preferences, including opting out of certain uses of your Personal Information (defined below). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Site.

Managing Your Personal Information and Options
You may review, update, or modify your Personal Information or opt out of receiving certain e-mails by changing the relevant settings in your account or by Contact Us. You may unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time, however, you cannot opt out of receiving all e-mails from us, such as e-mails about the status of your account or order. Information We Collect
We collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail, postal address, your purchase history, payment information, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your account or when you interact with us on social media (“Personal Information”). You may be asked to provide us with Personal Information when you register with the Site, and at other times.

When you access the Services through a social network, we collect information from the social network in accordance with your settings on the social network. If you choose to use our refer-a-friend service to tell a friend about kpny, we may collect your friend’s name and email address in order to send your friend an email and (if you so choose) one follow-up reminder email inviting him or her to shop with us. We store information about the individuals you refer in order to send these emails and to administer and track the success of our referral program.

When you make purchases through the Services, we process your payments through a Third-Party application. The Third-Party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of kpny, including your name, email address, address and other billing information. We only provide our Service Providers with the information necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf.

Advertising, Online Tracking and Analytics Services
We may allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit the Site and Services. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information (e.g. click stream information, web browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to the Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of interest to you. A link to a third party’s website does not mean that we endorse it or that we are affiliated with it. We do not exercise control over third-party websites and we cannot take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. You access such third-party websites or content at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a third-party website before providing any information to the website. The Services may include an activity feed, social media buttons and widgets, such as the Facebook “Like” button or the “Share This” button. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the third-party service that provides the feature.

Children’s Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please Contact Us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. Please note that most of the user content that appears on our Site of Services is stored and controlled by third party providers; thus, complete and comprehensive removal of the content may not be possible.
